Nell Perry and Tammy Mackey
Nell Perry (left) and Tammy Mackey have been co-leading Girl Scout Troop 45703 in Washougal for more than 13 years. They’ve helped many youngsters grow up to be conscientious Americans and strong leaders. In their East County Voices conversation, Nell and Tammy reflect on their own two daughters moving on to adulthood, and reminisce about how the Scouting experience brought them closer together as friends. In this clip, they discuss some of the more interesting badges awarded to the girls.
