David Glass and Cooper Condon
In December 2025, Washougal High School student Cooper Condon and his grandfather David got together to talk about David’s “idyllic” childhood in the 1940s and ‘50s, his education and time in the Army, and how the 1960s hit his hometown of Santa Cruz hard. In this clip from their conversation, David explains how he met Cooper’s grandmother and what their first date was like.
